Delivery times:
On all Domestic orders, you will receive free shipping, and in most cases, free tracking.* In some cases it will be shipped via Priority Mail and will get to you in about 2 to 3 business days. In other cases, your item will be delivered via First Class or Media Mail.
* A First Class envelope used for a refill item, as an example -- technically, an envelope weighing less than 5 ounces and 3/4" thick at its thickest point -- is the only item not trackable, but the shipping is free, and you will receive it in one to three business days, depending on your location.
If you would like your order sooner, you can elect to add on optional Express shipping for $25.00. You will be able to receive delivery to mailboxes, mail slots, PO Boxes and Saturday delivery.
Optional Express Shipping
Express Mail shipping will typically get to you in 1 to 2 business days depending on the zip code. Choose this option when you absolutely must have your items as soon as possible. A flat rate of $25.00 per order is charged.

Q: How long will it take my International package to arrive?
A: International orders take 1-2 days to process and, once shipped, typically arrive within 10-14 business days. Customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.
Q: Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?
A: You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the US Postal Service nor Paul Harris Presents can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. Paul Harris Presents has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order.
Each order will be accompanied by a Customs form that will document what is in the package and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). Contact Customer Service for questions regarding value.
Return Policy:
If your item should arrive in not-so-perfect condition, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your package by sending an email to Janet at janet@paulharrispresents.com.
If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may return the item. It must have its original packaging and be in good enough condition to re-sell. You have to pay for the return shipping charges on this one and a 15% restocking fee. Again, email customer service before returning any item to get a Return Authorization number and the correct address for your return. Since you are responsible for getting this to us, it is advisable to use an insurable carrier, and tracking is recommended, too.
On all returns, please write the Return Authorization number on the outside of your package and also include your original packing slip or copy of your order inside. It is a good idea to keep a copy of this for yourself, too.
